  15.      _s_e_t_d_e_v_p_e_r_m_s adds or removes entries from the /etc/ioperms file.   If the
  16.      line exists in the file then it is not added.  If the line to delete
  17.      exists more then once in the file then all occurrences are deleted.  When
  18.      deleting a line leading and trailing white space is NOT ignored.  Any
  19.      line to add or delete must start with "/dev" or "#".  There are no other
  20.      syntax checks performed on lines added or removed.  Multiple lines can be
  21.      added and removed at the same time by specifying multiple instances of ----aaaa
  22.      or ----dddd.

  26.      If /etc/ioperms does not exist then it is created when a new line is
